SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

How will you send me my products? 

We use reputable couriers for all of our deliveries. Every parcel that leaves our store room has a tracking number which we can use to track the progress of that parcel. When a parcel is booked out with our couriers, our system automatically updates your order with your tracking number and notifies you either by email or sms. 

When can I expect delivery? 

We deliver within 3-7 working days anywhere in South Africa, however orders may have slightly longer delivery times because your location is in an outlying area. If you haven’t received your order after 7 days, please get in touch with us on info@softlivings.co.za.

When do you deliver?

Our couriers only deliver during weekdays between 8am and 5pm and will notify you before delivery so you can be available to receive your order. We don’t deliver on Public Holidays. Once your parcel is with our couriers, you will get updates about your delivery so that you can prepare for it’s arrival.
